Welcome to our weekly round-up of forthcoming releases.

Hard electro legend SUICIDE COMMANDO, aka Johan Van Roy, unleashes his very own winter time inferno! “Death Cures All Pain”, a thudding, dark and ferocious mid-tempo monster that is bound to literally move and infiltrate listeners with a combination of massive beats and menacing atmosphere. The new maxi CD sports not only three remixes of the title track and two other remixes of album tracks, but also the whiplashing aggro-pounding non-album B-side “Go F*ck Yourself” in two floor-smashing versions. Order quickly, as this limited EP is destined to be sold out fast!

BLUTENGEL have established the nice little tradition of dishing up a fitting soundtrack for the magical Christmas season every year in form of an exclusive single release. This year’s goodie, “Promised Land”, recorded with a fresh and new line up, is a perfect melange of dark pomp and an ultra-catchy melody on a rock-solid beat. These tracks are totally exclusive – none of the tracks included on this sonic gem will ever be released on any album! NOTE: this release is already officially sold out and we only have a very small number of copies available, so order very fast!

Just barely half a year after SPECTRA*PARIS’ latest outing “License to Kill”, the charismatic singer of KIRLIAN CAMERA embarks on a very special journey, exploring the cold season’s atmosphere as well as her own softer side on “Christmas Ghouls”. Framed by two otherworldly renditions of “Silent Night”, SPECTRA*PARIS envelop us in a climate of pure magic, infused by the spirit of the enchanted heavens, saints and ghosts, invisible devils and a sense of the sacred, but also allowing disquieting moments to sneak in every once in a while.

Long announced, and now FINALLY confirmed for a December release, “The Singles 1993-2010” is a super-deluxe box-set from WELLE ERDBALL containing all singles released by the band between 1993 and the present day, plus also features all bonus tracks from the limited editions of the singles “Starfighter F-104G”, “VW Käfer” and “Super 8”, and the 2000 version of “Nyntändo Shock” on the first single. Strictly limited to 3000 copies.

On their second album “Maschinentanz”, F.O.D. effectively continue down the path they embarked on with their debut. With vocal support from ex-BLUTENGEL Eva Poelzing and a sack full of club-compatible, emotional and melodic tunes, the trio’s groovy machine dance is enhanced by German and English lyrics that can be contemplative, tongue-in-cheek or rather direct. Serving as the long-awaited missing link between AND ONE, WELLE:ERDBALL and SOLITARY EXPERIMENTS, “Maschinentanz” is rather effective.

“Worm Tamer” from GRINDERMAN is the second single from the critically acclaimed new studio album “Grinderman 2”. The limited 12″ edition comes on green coloured vinyl with a bonus poster and features, along with the album version of the title track, remixes from UNKLE and A PLACE TO BURY STRANGERS.

BLACK RAIN is releasing COVENANT’s “United States of Mind” in an exclusive 12″ picture vinyl edition, strictly limited to 500 numbered copies. This album is often referred to as a masterpiece of electronic music. The former very harsh COVENANT sound was replaced by softer, perfectly arranged hymns moving along the borders of dancepop. A real cult classic.

The prolific and charismatic Tony Young returns with his newest and most realised album to date, “All Standing Room in the Goodnight Saloon”, melding AUTOCLAV1.1’s signature piano movements with moments of infectious guitar riffs and dark electronica moods, all accentuated by tight beatwork.

PRETENTIOUS, MOI? was created as a solo project by Tim Chandler of MANUSKRIPT in 1994, with the development of the solo project into a fully fledged band only being a recent one. The self-titled first release from this UK goth band is available now!

In other news this week HANDS have no less than six new releases – the excellent 5F-X return with “Flight Recorder 5.0”, powerful club-oriented electro sci-fi tribal industrial at its best; GEISTFORM’s fourth studio album is “Transistor Music”; and EDGEY is back with “Misfire”. There are also new albums from SCHACHTANLAGE GEGENORT, TYPHOID and THE PCP PRINCIPLE.

OHGR (featuring Nivek Ogre from SKINNY PUPPY) are re-releasing their first two albums, “Welt” and “SunnyPsyOp”, as a double CD set; and “Maschinenfest 2010” arrives soon, featuring AH CAMA-SOTZ, ARCHITECT, ASCHE, MONO NO AWARE, NULLVEKTOR, SONAR, WINTERKÄLTE and more.

“Electropop.5” continues in the same vein as previous releases from CONZOOM RECORDS (home of PARRALOX), showcasing a host of upcoming acts, including DAYBEHAVIOUR; and “Triton Festival 2010”, the sampler from the USA’s biggest goth festival, includes a quality line-up of ICON OF COIL, APOPTYGMA BERZERK, CLAN OF XYMOX, REAPER, AYRIA and more.

Gig!

Just the one added, but a good one! PROJECT PITCHFORK play their only UK date in London in January, with support from DEVIANT UK too!

There’s also a quick mention
for the London show from THE MARCH VIOLETS next Saturday, featuring MNS’ very own Jo (the wife) on bass!, and a host of other top acts at the aftershow party, including JAMES RAY GANGWAR (yippee!).

Have a great weekend!

Spectra*Paris Christmas Ghouls £13.75
Review
Winter time, and especially the Christmas season, have been inspiring musicians of all genres around the globe. Enter SPECTRA*PARIS. Just barely half a year after Elena Alice Fossi’s latest outing “License to Kill”, the charismatic singer of KIRLIAN CAMERA embarks on a very special journey, exploring the cold season’s atmosphere as well as her own softer side. Framed by two otherworldly renditions of “Silent Night”, a Christmas classic if ever there was one, SPECTRA*PARIS envelop us in a climate of pure magic, infused by the spirit of the enchanted heavens, saints and ghosts, invisible devils and a sense of the sacred, but also allowing disquieting moments to sneak in every once in a while.

As far removed as it is possible to be from the cringe-inducing kitsch that floods the record dealers’ shelves at the end of every year, this little sonic gem not only uncovers a previously unknown side to the band but is also THE definitive soundtrack for all those who have always longed to invoke a Christmas spirit of a different kind. Magical, with a pinch of sinister, “Christmas Ghouls” sounds like the Archangel Gabriel and Lucifer playing chess on a snowy night in a parallel universe.

F.O.D Maschinentanz £13.75
Review
Hit-laden songs at the intersection of electro Pop and EBM. The young German electronauts avoid being easily pigeonholed, assembling a distinctive, yet brazenly catchy and eclectic sound of their own from the various stylistic possibilities that synthetic music has to offer. Serving as the long-awaited missing link between the Bodypop of AND ONE, the minimal gadgetry of WELLE:ERDBALL and the melodic electro sound of bands like SOLITARY EXPERIMENTS, “Maschinentanz” is rather effective. Listen. Love. Dance!

Grinderman Worm Tamer £6.50
Review
“My baby calls me the Loch Ness Monster: two great big humps and then I’m gone…”

“Worm Tamer” is the second single from the critically acclaimed new studio album “Grinderman 2”. The limited 12″ edition comes on green coloured vinyl with a bonus poster and features, along with the album version of the title track, remixes from UNKLE and A PLACE TO BURY STRANGERS.

Nick Cave: “‘Worm Tamer’, for me, is one of the most extraordinary songs I’ve ever been involved in, in all the years of making music. I’ve never heard anything like it in my life. It’s got a wry kind of lyric to it, but sonically it’s really extraordinary and I can’t really describe it, you just have to kind of hear it.”

Jim Sclavunos: “‘Worm Tamer’ is a decidedly freakish number: a catchy paean to the female other who grows more formidable from verse to verse, set against a whirlwind barrage of outlandish noises, crazed drumming and urgent throbbing bass.”

Warren Ellis: “‘Worm Tamer’ is very dense. It’s one that’s going to be interesting to play live.”

Covenant United States of Mind £16.50
Review
After the limited vinyls from WELLE:ERDBALL, NITZER EBB and APOPTYGMA BERZERK, Black Rain is now releasing COVENANT’s “United States of Mind” in an exclusive 12″ picture vinyl edition, strictly limited to 500 numbered copies. This album is often referred to as a masterpiece of electronic music. In contrast to former releases from COVENANT, “United States of Mind” was a dancefloor cult classic and even today these songs are still popular in the clubs. The former very harsh COVENANT sound was replaced by softer, perfectly arranged hymns moving along the borders of dancepop. “United States of Mind” deals with personal issues but also centres around the contradictory diversity of human behaviour as well as science fiction themes. A real cult classic.

Very limited so order quickly.

Pretentious, Moi? Pretentious, Moi? £10.00
Review
Created as a solo project by Tim Chandler of MANUSKRIPT in 1994, the live band now includes some of the best-known musicians On the contemporary UK gothic scene.

The development of the solo project into a fully fledged band is only a recent one, and as the original project was not intended to be publicly released in any big way, there is very little previously released material out there.

Demos were released in 1994 (on tape!) and later in 1997. The earlier recording featured the vocal talent of Rachel Iden (Nee Speight) and the latter one featuring most of the guitar effects of a Mr Gordon Young. As both are in the lineup now, there is a fair bit of continuity – in spite of the time it has taken to get everything together.

In 2009, Tim was asked by those lovely people at Judgement Day if he’d put a band together – and since they seemed to have an idea what they were letting themselves in for, he took up the challenge and got the current live band together.

Having been involved in the UK Goth bands since 1989 has its (few) advantages, and one of those is being able to pull together a band of likeminded and talented guys who are great fun to travel with. Besides Rachel and Gordon, there is also Guitarist Matt Helm, and Christian Tonkin from MANUSKRIPT. Since pretty much all of the guys already knew each other it was pretty easy to get things sounding right. And the proof, as they say, is in the pudding.

5F-X Flight Recorder 5.0 £13.00
Review
This new album from 5F-X continues where they left off with “The Xenomorphians – Your Friendly Invasion”: powerful club-oriented electro sci-fi tribal industrial at its best. “Flight Recorder 5.0” offers eight new tracks and two remixes of tracks you have probably already come in contact with in the clubs. Typical powerful beats meet electronica sounds, lo-fi sci-fi sounds and radio messages. Some of these messages are difficult to understand: things such as files of the pulsating audionautic sequence controller – ‘a.s.c.- epsylon’ – become an announcement of impending groove-quakes during the flight recordings. Giant wobbles stalking the com traffic, assimilating everything in their atmospheres. With a 5F-X crewmember working the controls, the satellite FX-5 in flight traffic-scanning mode reached down to update the Xenomorphian invasion coordinates. Powerful, melting rhythmic styles catch the pilots and hypnotize their feet. The ‘Crowdscanner 5000’, capable of scanning through any life form synops… Did you ‘get’ it?

Geistform Transistor Music £13.00
Review
Rafael Martinez Espinosa aka Barcelona’s GEISTFORM has been working hard over the past few years: at all the important festivals, on his releases, as a producer with a modern aesthetic of analogue industrial beats. His material full of energy – in some ways connected to the rhythm’n’noise scene, and in some ways close to minimal techno and IDM. His fourth studio album is dedicated to transistor – without which, electronic music would not be possible.

Using structures of static, kicking noise rhythms with minimal analogue techno-industrial bass lines, his compositions are arranged with short wave radio sounds and field recordings of background noises and frequencies captured in a electric power-station. Electrons at work.

Edgey Misfire £13.00
Review
Stephen James Knight AKA EDGEY is a New York-based electronic music producer, writer and artist, working in the veins of drum’n’bass, IDM, breakcore, noise and industrial for over fifteen years. In this time he has built up a respectable catalogue of releases in each genre.

Taking the techy, aggressive powernoise of “Square Form Annihilations” and the cleaner more methodical beat-driven stylings of “Flawed”, EDGEY delivers his third and long-awaited full-length release on HANDS. No stranger to conflicting sound design, EDGEY’s “Misfire” explores the dichotomy of rough and powerful noise with the smooth and methodical structures of breakcore-oriented drum’n’bass and IDM. EDGEY’s latest release is as dangerous as a misfire: it’s a storm full of energy and roughness.

This artist is certainly one of the brightest stars in the breakcore/drum’n’bass universe. He continues to help shape the sound of the future.

Tracklisting
Soundartist Denise Ritter aka SCHACHTANLAGE GEGENORT has been doing her electroacoustic sound art since 1997, composing industrial noise music by recording sounds of the coal and steel industry and coal-mining. On “Aufgelassen” she creates a blend of darkness and mystery, creating pulsating sound worlds recordings of pounding machines, voice samples of steel workers, sounds of steel, stone and delay rooms. Most of the recordings were made deep under the ground in mines and steel-mills. These sound worlds have on one hand organic structures, on the other hand mechanical structures, resulting in varied yet exciting, deep and almost mysterious atmospheres. Denise Ritter studied sound art in Saarbrücken and in recent years has performed many sound installations and sound sculptures all over Europe. In 2010 she won the Deutschen Klangkunstpreis. Her self-released albums “Einsatzstoffe & Energie” (1997) and “Erzengel” (1998) became milestones of post-industrial music. This is her second release on Hands Productions, following on from “41 Jahre” (2005). Packaged in a Hands Paper Pack.

Typhoid Simulazione di Divinità £13.00
Review
With “Destinazione Magnetica” – nearly a decade ago – the Ancona based musician Maurizio Landini released an absolutely unique and magical piece of electronica; probably many years too early. Here, finally, is his second album. Ten years later, TYPHOID’s sound has developed further, perhaps less nervous yet still keeping the quality level that is an experimental merger of empathic chillout ambient soundscapes and IDM-influenced eclectic beats. Intelligent and breaky beats, sharp as diamonds, fly through warm and crystal clear electronica sounds and beautiful atmospheres.

“Simulazione di Divinità” offers eleven tracks of IDM at its best and includes an extended Version of “Biscuits and Water” plus an outstanding remix of “Isolationaut” by label-mate ORPHX.

The PCP Principle Rhythmus Ex Heretica £13.00
Review
“Rhythmus Ex Heretica”, the second album from THE PCP PRINCIPLE, is a crushing blend of grinding beats and epic, cinematic arrangements unlike anything you have ever heard before!

The genre name for the sound of R. Challenger, aka THE PCP PRINCIPLE, should probably be symphonic rhythm’n’noise. An astonishing and fresh mixture of absolute club-orientated beats and soundscore. Electronic sounds meet symphonic strings and powerful kicking electro-industrial beats to create eleven club smashes, full of deep emotion. More aggressive and complex than the debut album “Electronic Violence Phenomena”, yet emotionally impacting and awe-inspiring at the same time, the focus of the album being philosophy and the failings of human belief systems.

This album is sure to tear up the dancefloor as well get your emotions racing and your mind contemplating.

Packaged in a Hands Paper Pack.

ohGr Welt + SunnyPsyOp £13.75
Review
OHGR is a band formed by Nivek Ogre, of SKINNY PUPPY, and musician/engineer Mark Walk. Although the pedigree of the group’s members might suggest otherwise, early OHGR releases differed in sound to their related industrial bands, drawing more on hip-hop and electro-pop influences, and incorporating more conventional structures and a lighter tone. However, from “Devils in My Details” onwards, OHGR has taken to a more abrasive, nonlinear flavour of electronica.

This double CD set includes the first two albums, “Welt” and “SunnyPsyOp”.

Various Artists Electropop.5 £10.75
Review
When the first “Electropop” compilation saw the light of day in October 2008, no one considered that its creators would continue releasing compilations every six months, and still be able to maintain the high standard that was set by the first release, but Conzoom Records have done exactly that! And now, two years later, we can celebrate the anniversary of this series with the imminent release of “Electropop.5”.

Once again, we have here a release full of innovative bands and tracks. In addition to DAYBEHAVIOUR, who have returned from a long break and can therefore can almost be considered newcomers, there are many other amazing contributors. The American project HABERDASHERY, Germany’s LYLE, the Swedes of MONOSTRIP and the freaky Americans HYPER BUBBLE who bring a really cool and fresh sound to the ears. And visually, “Electropop.5” also takes its place in the series. This time the shining symbol of the compilation – the spots – are presented in the colour orange. The high quality CD booklet contains information about all the participating bands, in addition to numerous photographs and the lyrics for all tracks.

Conzoom Records impressively demonstrate in this compilation series that sometimes it is the unknown bands that makes the fan’s heart beat faster. We can always find the joy in the unexpected. This of course allows groups such as UNIVERSAL POPLAB, LOWE, PARRALOX, VISION TALK, and now DUAL DENSITY, to pursue ever greater heights of popularity and fame.

Tapage & Meander Etched in Salt £12.00
Review
Out of a sea of zeroes and ones come twelve surreal musical explorations from TAPAGE & MEANDER. While a gentle current often lets the fragile melodies flow through the tracks with genuine ease, the corroded snaredrums and overgrown kicks lie scattered on the ocean floor, long forgotten by man. Intertwined and accepted by nature, these percussive elements now only enhance the richness of what is found here. There is yet more to discover though as these producers not only take you deeper, but also closer. The fiftieth CD release from Tympanik Audio brings you musical detail on a molecular level, where beauty meets maths and imprints are “Etched in Salt”.

Camerata Mediolanense MDXXX £15.75
Review
“MDXXX” is CAMERATA MEDIOLANENSE’s first official live release, featuring twelve tracks, two of which are previously unreleased, taken from two concerts: Leipzig, June 2 2001 (at the X Wave Gotik Treffen) and Landgraf, Holland, August 8 2001.

Born in 1994 from the odd fellowship of young musicians active both in the classical music milieu and on the post-punk/gothic scene, CAMERATA MEDIOLANENSE propose a kind of neoclassical music with strong tribal contaminations, in a blend of melody, percussion and experimentation that has rendered the band unique on the contemporary scene. This becomes evident in their not-so-frequent performances, where the combination of the various elements creates a power of sound, a performing ability and an evocative quality that have rendered CAMERATA MEDIOLANENSE’s concerts pure events.

“MDXXX” (that is “1530”) is clear if not unique evidence of this, with its rough but evocative sound: a faithful witness to the band’s double performance.

Limited to 1000 copies.

Hocico Crónicas Letales I £13.75
Review
Few other bands have left their imprint on the hard side of electronic dance music as heavily as the Mexican duo HOCICO has done in the past two decades. Often copied but never bettered, Erk Aicrag and Racso Agroyam stand for innovative sound design, uncompromising club anthems, whipping beats and aggro-attacks that hit it where it hurts. And now, just in time for their new long playing album “Tiempos de Furia”, the Mexican group are unleashing a comprehensive anthology on four double-CD releases: “Crónicas Letales: A Music Collection”, parts I-IV!

Included are all of the band’s albums up until “Wrack And Ruin”, as well as all accompanying singles, EPs and exclusive compilation tracks, some of them previously unreleased on CD, all in newly remastered glory. As such, “Crónicas Letales” is not only the ideal introduction for newcomers to Hocico’s sonic hellfire, but also the long-awaited opportunity for fans to complete their collection with all those rare tracks they could previously only obtain with a lot of luck and for a lot of money at record fairs. Hocico: music as a weapon… a lethal weapon!

Part I of the collection is a double CD (at the price of a single CD) featuring the complete debut album “Odio Bajo El Alma” (1997) plus a track from the early demo “Triste Desprecio” (1995/6) on CD1, with the EP “The Cursed Land” (1998) and the mini-album “El Dia de la Ira” (1998) on CD2. 26 tracks in total.

Solitary Experiments Compendium 2 £14.00
Review
Fifteen years of SOLITARY EXPERIMENTS! This memorable jubilee of one of Germany’s most popular melodic electro bands simply calls for a celebration in the form of an exceptional compilation CD. Fifteen special, previously unreleased SOLITARY EXPERIMENTS tracks (including collaborations with other artists, remixes by other artists, remixes for other artists and new interpretations of the band’s biggest hits) make this limited album release an extraordinary ‘birthday treat’ for fans and newcomers to the band’s oeuvre. Illustrious names such as :WUMPSCUT:, DANCE OR DIE and NOISUF-X have collaborated with SOLITARY EXPERIMENTS to produce “Compendium 2”, which also features a rare remix that the band created for Italian cult act KIRLIAN CAMERA. Absolute Body Control Tapes 81-89 £44.75
Review
Influenced by bands from the German and UK electronic scenes, Dirk Ivens (synths and vocals) formed ABSOLUTE BODY CONTROL in early 1980, and was joined by Mark de Jonghe (synths) and Veerle de Schepper (backing vocals). After a first track on a compilation and their first 7″ single (“Is There an Exit?”), Mark left the band and Eric van Wonterghem (who was in fact in the audience for the first ABC concert), filled in the gap, becoming Dirk’s new musical partner for years to come. ABC quickly became one of the first successful Belgian electronic acts.

In 1984 Dirk became a member of THE KLINIK, followed by Eric who left after the second album to form INSEKT. In 1989 they released their last tape “Tracks” which contained all ABC compilation contributions so far, but the band had already been put on hold long bfore that. Nonetheless, the public interest was still there and this resulted in the release of a first ABC CD “Eat this” in 1993 on the German label VUZ (the same label that ‘discovered’ :WUMPSCUT:).

As more people began to rediscover the band, ABC releases became much sought after collectors items. Even so, it took them over 22 years to reform, playing at festivals all over Europe from 2006 onwards. After releasing new versions of classic tracks like “Figures” and “Give Me Your Hands” on the now deleted “Wind[Re]Wind” album in 2008, and the extremely successful (also deleted) “Lost/Found” double CD, here now is a FULL collection of all their ‘lost’ works from 1981 to 1989 – previously released on vinyl only and now for the first time ever available in digital format in this sumptuous 5CD box set.

Einstuerzende Neubauten Strategies Against Architecture IV: 2002 – 2010 £16.50
Review
EINSTUERZENDE NEUBAUTEN – Blixa Bargeld, N.U. Unruh, Alexander Hacke, Rudolf Moser and Jochen Arbeit – announce the release of “Strategies Against Architecture IV”, following two UK dates in London, part of a European tour celebrating the band’s 30th Annniversary.

This release is the fourth album in the archival compilation series by NEUBAUTEN and collates the band’s output from 2002 to 2010, a period which saw them embark on the “Musterhaus” series (finalised in 2007), as well as the releases “Perpetuum Mobile” (2004), “Grundstück” (2005), “Palast der Republik” (2006), “Alles Wieder Offen” (2007) and their most recent album “The Jewels” (2008). During this time, the band began their groundbreaking series of ‘Supporter Albums’. For these releases, the band, via www.neubauten.org, engaged fans in a subscription model that entirely financed several releases and gave the ‘supporters’ unprecedented exclusive access to the recording process.

The “Strategies Against Architecture IV” double disc release includes material from the band’s deeply symbolic appearance at Berlin’s Palast der Republik – the former of seat of power of the German Democratic Republik, featuring The Social Choir of 100 supporter voices. It also includes live recordings such as “YouMe & MeYou” (from Vienna), “Bertolt Brecht und der Weltempfänger” (featuring ‘a roll of gaffer tape descending a staircase’), and material from the “Musterhaus” series (a collection of very limited edition experimental albums that were available exclusively via the band’s website).

Formalin Bodyminding £12.75
Review
How do you set a city to music? Two lads from Berlin, going by the name of FORMALIN, have dared to tackle the gargantuan task of creating a sonic monument for their hometown, aptly naming the resulting sound “Berlin City Industrial”. Their brainchild is raw, aggressive, unpolished, dirty, repulsive, beautiful, glamorous and stylish all at once – just like the world’s most exciting city. Singer and mastermind Tominous, and drummer and producer Gabor, merge daring and creative sound-design with relentlessly harsh sonic works branded with a highly addictive potential: a rough and fascinating club sound that shamelessly provokes where other bands prefer to follow long-faded trends. “Bodyminding” is a purging sonic storm for a shop-worn genre, created in the spirit of the early works of SKINNY PUPPY or MENTALLO & THE FIXER, but with a sound that has its sights set on the future and that is heavily infused with the spirit of Germany’s capital. The hard electro pioneers HOCICO were so impressed by the band’s music that they invited FORMALIN to support them on their European tour without further ado. Berlin – the steel work symphony of a metropolis!

Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio Songs 4 Hate & Devotion £16.75
Review
Crossing the borders between art, rebellion, passion, apocalypse and sex, ORDO ROSARIUS EQUILIBRIO have managed to settle in their very own musical niche with their opulent and intense sonic sculptures. “Songs 4 Hate & Devotion” is an emotional rollercoaster ride driven by the intense voice of Tomas Petterson that alternates martially majestic monuments of orchestral sounds, marching drums and percussion with very intimate and fragile moments, mingles cold wave, shoegaze and minimal elements with folkloristic structures and that manages to slip in the odd musical quote as well. The Swedish duo has carefully opened and evolved its unique sound into a wholly exceptional epic that consequently evades any easy categorization. Pop music for non-conformists.

“Songs 4 Hate & Devotion” is released as a limited first edition double CD containing the bonus disc “4 More Songs 4 Hate & Devotion”. The 2CDs come in a slider-package.

NEW SOUNDCLIPS
Heimataerde Unwesen £19.75
Review
Envisioned by DJ ASh, HEIMATAERDE merge electronic dancefloor beats with soft, often archaically instrumented melodies. The new album “Unwesen” is state of the art harsh EBM/industrial with beats designed to take the underground dancefloors by storm. While musically HEIMATAERDE are much in the vein of legendary dark EBM acts like older WUMPSCUT and SUICIDE COMMANDO, the music does have its own unique identity, and a modern, up-to-date sound. After the highly successful predecessor EPs “Dark Dance” and “Malitia Angelica”, the band now finally return with a massive new chapter in their HEIMATAERDE story!

This limited edition digibook (restricted to 2000 units) features a full-length bonus CD and a sumptuous 32-page storybook. It is exclusively available on Infacted (while the regular album is also being released by Metropolis in the US). Disc 1 features the regular album while disc 2 comes as a sort of ‘radio play’, making the HEIMATAERDE story almost visible inside your head! Don’t miss this outstanding release – it is really quite unique. A MUST!
