BAND LOOKS TO TOUR U.S. AND EUROPE

May 6, 2015 (Brooklyn, NY) — Revered international music and culture magazine, The Wire UK call Blind Idiot God's new release "sound as physical force." They are currently streaming tracks form Before, Ever, After which is out now on Indivisible Music. Listen HERE.

Fans who have yet to see the band live can catch a glimpse of this experience via footage from their recent show at Saint Vitus Bar in Brooklyn that is posted HERE. Beautiful photos from the same show are posted HERE.

Noisey/VICE explain "Blind Idiot God is back, and they're somehow even bigger, louder, and heavier than ever. The reunited instrumental noise rock trio has broken a decades-long silence to record Before Ever After, their first new record since 1992's Cyclotron." Sea of Tranquility adds "from doomy post rock, to noisy hardcore, jazz, sludge…there's a lot to take in and digest here."

The band is currently planning U.S. and European tour dates and welcome input and feedback on where to play, especially festivals. The band will consider all serious suggestions sent HERE.

Blind Idiot God is Andy Hawkins on guitar and Tim Wyskida on drums. Gabe Katz, the band's original bass player is featured on the album but moving forward Will Dahl is the band's new bass player live and in the studio.

The thirteen tracks on Before Ever After are 1. "Twenty Four Hour Dawn," 2. "Night Driver," 3. "Antiquity," 4. "Earthmover," 5. "FUB," 6. "Barrage," 7. "High and Mighty," 8. "Voice of the Structure," 9. "Under the Weight," 10. "Ramshackle," 11. "Wheels of Progress," 12. "Strung," and 13. "Shutdown."

Indivisible Music is helmed by Andy Hawkins and is based in Brooklyn, NY. The label was established in 2014 "to promote that which cannot be divided, the elemental idea of music for its own sake. Guiding the elemental idea of music through all obstacles, physical or otherwise. The end of genre or classification, recondite musical knowledge declassified for direct effect."
