Ladies and Gentlemen,

Out from the deepest aether yet comes another stupendous gramophone recording directly from Caustic’s acclaimed Douchanarium, entitled THE GOLDEN VAGINA OF FAME AND PROFIT! Ignore the cullions and anonymuncles and feast your eyes on this Cyclopean feat of musical ingenuity, featuring xyresic lyrical content and propulsive, percussive musicalities sure to make the ankle boots and shoes of every dollymop and guttersnipe stomp.

>From the fulgaral wit of ‘666 on the Crucifix’ to the closing ‘White Knuckle Head Fuck,’ (a voraginous tale of franionism gone wrong), Caustic’s demonosopher efforts, once raw and fuliginous, are now more tamed and akin to polished bronze while never losing the mesmerism of earlier efforts. Adding to this fortuitous combination of circumstances are Caustic compatriots Ned Kirby (Stromkern), Unwoman, Bitch Brigade and the known sodomist Faderhead.

Truly a work of moliminous artistry, THE GOLDEN VAGINA OF FAME AND PROFIT lifts the spirit while simultaneously degrading the soul, as any Caustic work should.

Only After the excellent worldwide reception of his debut “Paradise under Fire” Plasmodivm comes back with “The Post-Modern Prometheus”, a non-comformist, defiant and fresh work, which combines part of the trend started in his previous work, with more melodic elements, both at vocal and musical levels. More than repeating schemes and structures, he offers surprising results beyond the present stagnant electro-dark scene. A record whose position, mixture of influences, sound power, use of film-samplings and excellent production, locates it between bands like Velvet Acid Christ, Wumpscut, Leaether Strip, Suicide Commando and others, more melodic, like SITD, Solitary Experiments, Destroid or Assemblage 23. Get ready for this new sonic mutation of the Plasmodivm virus, against which, we, from Caustic Records, do not recommend vaccination”. Released on Caustic Records and available February 26th, 2011.

Formed in 2003 by Benn Ra, (Diva Destruction, Scarlet’s Remains, Frank The Baptist) Hatesex quickly made a name for themselves. The band garnered a bit of attention with their first official release on Strobelight Records compilation entitled “New Dark Age, Vol 1”. In early 2004 the band released a limited 4 song promotional CD called “The Spiritual Palsy EP”. Recorded and co-produced by Bari-Bari (Mephisto Walz/ex-Christian Death),the CD featured 3 original songs plus a “gothicized” version of the Slayer classic “Black Magic”. The CD was received with open arms by the European goth press and all four songs on the CD received extensive club play all over Europe. Shortly after the CDs release, Hatesex signed a recording agreement with the Dark Dimensions label group. The band released their debut CD entitled “Unwant” in September of 2005. The CD garnered positive reviews nearly across the board even landing on a few Top 10 lists for 2005.

The band was invited to play their very first show at the 2006 Wave Gotik Treffen in Leipzig, Germany. Joining Hatesex on stage for this show were Ralf Huenefeld (bass) and Alice D (drums) from the Berlin-based deathrock band PLUSH INSANE.

Fast forward to 2008, Benn returns from a two-year sabbatical in Berlin, Germany, during which time he handled the bass duties for the mighty Frank The Baptist. Once back in Los Angeles, Benn and Krisanna convened once again to begin assembling material for the follow up to “Unwant”. Deciding to produce the album themselves, the band took their time crafting songs that would build upon the foundation they laid with “Unwant” while at the same time exhibiting an aged maturity. “A Savage Cabaret, She Said” is the result of this work. From the powermad thrust of “A Rose Without Eyes” to the heartbreaking strains of “Wanderlust”, the band has scorched all earth in between leaving nothing of use behind. “A Savage Cabaret, She Said” is also the result of a collective vision. To help the band realize this vision, they enlisted the services of noted Los Angeles artist Taslimur, who created a collection of thematic artwork above and beyond anything the band could have imagined. This visual element lifts the lyrics from the page and feeds them to the eyes while the melodies are fed to the ears… Released on Alice in…and available February 18th, 2011.1.

Björn and Sven Jünemann, aka Standeg, are no strangers to the electro-industrial world. Having been involved in early incarnations of Haujobb, the Jünemanns helped craft early Haujobb hits such as Homes and Gardens and Eye Over You and participated in the recordings of the classic albums Homes and Gardens and Freeze Frame Reality. A few years ago, the ground-breaking label Dependent Records placed Standeg songs on their influential Septic compilations, creating a buzz around Standeg unprecidented given the duo’s small output.

UltraHighTechViolet is one of those releases that come along every few years to sweep us off our feet. Following in the tradition pioneered by the likes of Lassigue Bendthaus and X Marks the Pedwalk, and continued by Haujobb, Forma Tadre, and in more recent years Seabound and Headscan, the music of Standeg is cerebral, unique, and challenging. Tracks like 25 Hours grab you right away with pulsating rhythms and catchy synthlines, while the slow brooding groove of Further Dose is perfect for a lazy afternoon and is as psychedelic as it is industrial. The album also includes a special exclusive version of the Haujobb classic Homes & Gardens, a song that Standeg helped to write.

Unique in their sound but following in the tradition of a long history of excellent electronic-industrial, Standeg’s music is a significant and surprising addition to your collection. Released on Artoffact Records.

This time with a harder sound, developed around synthetic and organic instruments, less guitars, more edge, more beat and better than ever!!
