why u treat my ears so unkind? :-/

"why u treat my ears so unkind?"
Mayhaps because it's somehow on the side of over-hyped non-descriptive stuff compared to other John Zorn past projects, in particular Naked City.
Unless you're actualy complaining about it screeching your ears...

Goths Anonymous - giving 'goth' a bad name since 1998
marcnyc:
not familiar with the latest masada, but it's clearly only for those who love harsh noise, so if you don't like it why do you even bother?
KlingKlangBedlam:
Harsh music can be good when put to a rhythm. VNV normally kicks ass but htey can't do distortion tracks worth shit. I heard Whitehouse is coming on tour very soon from a friend. Hide the children! I hear they actually attack the audience during live shows. Eh you need some energy and excitement in shows!
I'm curious about this Masada though, sounds like something I could get into. Noise msuic is too rare nowadays and I want some good noise bands to jam to. Hell I'm DJing very soon,I'll toss some out on the floor, maybe some old school Gristle or some WhiteHouse. ANy suggestions?
KlingKlangBedlam:
God that link to Goths Anonymous is hilarious! I have a few like that I will post later. Go to YahooChat, everyone there thinks Korn is goth!
