The album “Axonal Transit” embraces two works: A four-part composition with the same name, op.92, created in 2012 (tracks 1-4), and an extensive epic track “Craving Urania”, op.95, from 2014 (track no.5), for electronics, strings, brasses and percussions manipulated by integrated techniques. Musicians: Vladimír Hirsch – electronics, keyboards, synthesizers, mix, integrated sound manipulation techniques; participation of Czech Integrated Ensemble – strings, brasses, percussions. Both of compostions are experimental works, based on similar compositional and technological processes, consisting in temporal and spatial variations blending of musical themes with an important role of ambient structures in the position of anchoring, however billowing matrix. There are used methods of antithetical, parametric or aleatoric articulation of sub-themes, which are more expressed in the title project. This is why both compositions form naturally an organic whole, notwithstanding the fact they remain thematically different. CDr (© 2014 Integrated Music Records – Catch 065), standard jewel case, booklet, lightscribe printing.

Tracklist:  1 Linear, 2 Diametric, 3 Parametric, 4 Gyroscopic; 5 Craving Urania

Of course it will not be of any help if you can’t read french as the magazine itself is french written… but for german readers you can have a look at Sonic Seducer november issue where Celluloide is featured.

Art Plastique and the digital single L’Amour Est Clair are available from our online store and usual download platforms.

A special version of L’Amour Est Clair is available on the Celluloide soundcloud page.

After a post production treatment by Pierre XY (Foretaste) the 12 new Dekad tracks are now in the mixing process… the new album will be available in 2015.

It’s all about patience now, but a new digital single might be released early 2015 to help you waiting.

Our new compilation, an Etienne Daho tribute, will contain no less than 17 tracks and will finally be released next February.

Meanwhile, you can try and guess who participates to the tribute if you can decipher the tracks and artists names of the artwork test visual.

The arm is one of the most important vehicles of our actions, a body part that properly helps to manifest a thought or a concept into the physical realm.

This ARM protrudes from the musical body of Dan Serbanescu (Tanz Ohne Musik, Alone in the Hollow Garden, et al), and pulls you in to a hallucinatory fever dream. Enheartened is a collection of deceptively simple dungeon synth lullabies themed around the spiritual empowerment of flesh, and the carnal manifestation of the spirit.

Ergotism, or Saint Anthony’s fire, is the effect of long-term ergot poisoning, caused by the fungi Claviceps purpurea — Mjöldryga in Swedish —and presenting in symptoms including spasms, gangrene and even psychosis.

Similar symptoms may occur when listening to the music of Dard Å Ranj Från Det Hebbershålska Samfundet (Jonas Rönnberg a.k.a Varg, and Michel Isorinne). On a slew of releases over the past year, this ever-productive duo have expertly conjured up the perfect synthesis of dark electronics and bleak isolationist drones, and Mjöldryga is no exception. A full hours worth of swedish melancholy wrapped up in black metal aesthetics.

Author & Punisher

Women & Children

Author & Punisher is a close to a musical cyborg we’ve ever come across. Utilising terrifying mechanical contraptions of his own design — visit to see them in action — he unleashes equally terrifying electromechanical devastation from his instruments.
